What methods do you use to clean commercial flooring?

Truck-mounted steam cleaning is the best method for cleaning commercial carpets. Steam is reached at 212 degrees, but our system generates 270-degree heat for more effective results.

We also use Low Moisture Encapsulation Technology (ET), which blends chemistry and physics. Encapsulation is a perfect choice for customers in high-traffic or large commercial settings, where accessibility and security can be an issue with truck-mounted cleaning. This process works by emulsifying all the oil and physical contaminates within your carpeting. We then surround each molecule with an acrylic-polymer barrier that prevents it from reattaching itself to the fibers in your carpet. To finish, we draw contaminants to the surface of your carpet using controlled evaporation.
