1. Walkthrough & Evaluation
We’ll start by walking the floors with you, looking for signs of wear, damage, or discoloration. This helps us make sure your floors are a good fit for our screen & recoat process.
2. Gentle Deep Cleaning & Prep
We gently remove surface dirt, scuff marks, and the old, worn-down finish using a dust-free method. This step preps your floors to bond properly with the new protective coating—no sanding dust, no mess.
3. First Protective Layer
Next, we apply a base coat (called a sealer) that smooths out the surface and gets your floor ready for its final finish.
4. Final Protective Finish

A screen and recoat is ideal for floors with light scratches, dullness, and normal wear. Floors with deep scratches, pet stains, water damage, discoloration, or areas where the finish has worn completely through to bare wood may require full sanding and refinishing.
