Do you move furniture?
Our service includes moving basic furniture. We do not move furniture that is used to hold or house electronics such as televisions, radios, computers, telephones, lamps, etc. Please have electronics moved off carpets and furniture prior to our arrival. We cannot disassemble beds and furniture.
Are your cleaning products safe for my pets and family?
All of our cleaning products are safe for you, your family, and your pets.
Do you guarantee spot and stain removal?
We will do our very best to remove all stains and odors, however, some odors, stains, and dye damage caused by water damage, animal urine, vomit, very hot fluids, or bleaches can be permanent on carpet, upholstery, and rugs. Normal spots and many stains can be removed.

Should I keep my windows open during the drying process?
If you are running your heat or air conditioner you can leave your windows closed. If it is a nice day with no rain, you can open your windows and let in fresh air.

Yes, due to the weight of water we hook up to your outside water spigot. However, if no water is available, we have large holding tanks on our service vans and can bring the necessary water with us, if you prefer. Should you need to use our water tanks, please let us know at the time of booking.
Should I vacuum my floors before you arrive?
Yes, it is highly recommended that you vacuum your floors thoroughly before we arrive.
Can you remove urine stains and smell?
How aggressive we can clean your rug depends on the dye stability of the colors. Our carpet cleaning technicians will be as aggressive as possible without harming your carpets.
How do you clean area rugs?
Area rugs should be brought into shop for proper cleaning. We never recommended cleaning rugs onsite. Our In-Plant facility can perform four different types of area cleaning based on your rug’s unique needs.
What kind of area rugs are you certified to clean?

Is it safe to add a protectant on wool rugs?

No, we clean your furniture onsite. Once we’re done, your furniture will be ready to enjoy in about an hour, depending on drying conditions in your home, like temperature, humidity, and airflow.
How do you clean sofas?
We clean sofas depending on whether they are synthetic or natural fibers similar in some ways to cleaning fine area rugs.
Do you offer a protector for my furniture?
Yes, we can apply protectant after the cleaning process is finished. A protectant will help your furniture look cleaner and last for years to come.
How much does water removal cost?
Many factors come into play when your home is damaged by water. Your home’s condition must be thoroughly inspected and assessed before we can provide a cost estimate for cleanup.
Do you guarantee pet stain and odor removal?
Pet urine is an issue of the carpet, pad, and subfloor beneath. Cleaning the surface of carpet will not remove pet odors. Pet odor removal is a separate service that involves treating the carpet pad beneath. A subsurface treatment can dramatically improve existing issues. However, we do not guarantee complete odor or stain removal. The only way to fully remove all pet urine odor from carpet is to replace the carpet pad and either seal or replace the sub-floor beneath.
Do I need protector?
Renewing carpet protection after each cleaning reinforces your carpets’ original factory protectant. Spills will become easier to remove. Vacuuming will be much more effective. Your carpets will look better for much longer. Most carpet manufacturers recommend protectant with each cleaning.
