Our service includes moving basic furniture. We do not move furniture that is used to hold or house electronics such as televisions, radios, computers, telephones, lamps, etc. Please have electronics moved off carpets and furniture prior to our arrival. We cannot disassemble beds and furniture.

If you are wearing clean indoor shoes you can walk on your carpets immediately. For other foot traffic, you may walk on your carpet as soon as it is dry to the touch. Typically, carpet dries in 1-4 hours depending on conditions in your home like temperature, humidity, and airflow.

We will do our very best to remove all stains and odors, however, some odors, stains, and dye damage caused by water damage, animal urine, vomit, very hot fluids, or bleaches can be permanent on carpet, upholstery, and rugs. Normal spots and many stains can be removed.

Pet urine is an issue of the carpet, pad, and subfloor beneath. Cleaning the surface of carpet will not remove pet odors. Pet odor removal is a separate service that involves treating the carpet pad beneath. A subsurface treatment can dramatically improve existing issues. However, we do not guarantee complete odor or stain removal. The only way to fully remove all pet urine odor from carpet is to replace the carpet pad and either seal or replace the sub-floor beneath.
