1. Walkthrough & Evaluation
We’ll start by walking the floors with you, looking for signs of wear, damage, or discoloration. This helps us make sure your floors are a good fit for our screen & recoat process.
2. Gentle Deep Cleaning & Prep
We gently remove surface dirt, scuff marks, and the old, worn-down finish using a dust-free method. This step preps your floors to bond properly with the new protective coating—no sanding dust, no mess.
3. First Protective Layer
Next, we apply a base coat (called a sealer) that smooths out the surface and gets your floor ready for its final finish.
4. Final Protective Finish
We apply a strong, clear finish that protects your floors from everyday wear, scratches, and spills—bringing back that clean, rich, just-installed look. Choose between Flat, Satin, Semi-Gloss or High-Gloss
5. Same-Day Use with UV Instant Curing (Optional)
Want to get back to normal fast? With our optional UV curing technology, we can instantly harden the finish.
What to Expect After the Final Coat is Applied:
Hour 0–1
🔸 The floor will still be wet and should not be touched.
🔒 Do not walk on the floor—even with socks.
Hour 1–3
🔸 The finish begins to dry to the touch.
🚫 Still no foot traffic; ventilation is helpful (open windows, fans).
Hour 3–6
🔸 Light air movement helps speed up drying.
🧦 You may walk gently on the floor with clean socks.
Hour 6–24
🔸 Finish continues curing and hardening. Foot Traffic OK.
🚷 No furniture, rugs, or heavy traffic yet.
🐾 Keep pets off the floor during this time.
After 24 Hours
🔸 Light furniture can be carefully placed back (no dragging).
🔘 Still avoid area rugs to allow proper curing.
After 7 Days
✅ Full cure is achieved.
🪑 *Rugs and all furniture can be returned.
🧼 Regular cleaning and full use may resume.
